Eolus transaction with ewz and Aquila has been finalized

Hässleholm, Sweden, 2015-03-04 15:00 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- 


Today Eolus has finalized the deal with ewz and Aquila which was made public in
January 2015. The fourth and final wind farm, Skalleberg, comprising of ten
wind turbines with a total capacity of 18.4 MW has been handed over to the
investors. 

Wind farm Skalleberg in Hjo Municipality, consist of ten wind turbines of the
models Vestas V90 and V100 with a total capacity of 18.4 MW. 

The transaction includes a total of four wind farms consisting of 29 wind
turbines, of which the investors took over the first three wind farms
comprising of 19 wind turbines in January. The purchase price for the four wind
farms totals EUR 95 million, all of which now have been obtained. 

As part of the agreement, Eolus will deliver technical services to ewz during
twelve years and administrative services during four years concerning all 29
wind turbines.
